Join the new mum challenge!

Being a new mum is the most wonderful thing ever but it's easy to get caught up with all the daily tasks like changing nappies, feeding etc and forget to take time out for yourself! The new mum challenge is about setting yourself a weekly task through the first year of your babies life and giving yourself a break!! There will be 52 of them so keep coming back to see the next challenge.
If you dont start today feel free to start at any time you like but make sure you take out that time for yourself!!
  1. Week one: Enjoy a coffee morning in your favourite cafe with your favourite drink...make it a hot chocolate WITH cream...go on treat yourself
  2. Week two: buy yourself a new item of clothing....even if it is just a pair of knickers
  3. Week three: Stay in your PJs all day (at least once this week)...who cares about the washing, cleaning, ironing etc do it tomorrow!
